What are the Prerequisites for program?

Aspiring Teacher:  If you are taking this course to be a Teacher, then we ask that you have previous experience with energy and healing modalities.

If you are taking the course for self development and do not have any experience we recommend that you start one of the recommended activity above for aspiring teachers and start cultivating opened mindset for diving deep into self-discovery during the course.

“Striving for success without hard work is like trying to harvest where you haven’t planted” – David Bly

I don’t have enough flexibility can I still join?

The main goal of the course is transformation, healing and raising self-awareness and it happens to be that one of the most effective way to improve those qualities is by activating the body through the various methodologies (Qigong, Tai Chi, Mitakara etc.) which do not necessarily require high level of flexibility.  So the course it’s not about flexibility, rather how we use our bodies in a way that is most beneficial for our well being.

If I take this course as a teacher, can I really teach after the course?

The honest answer is: YES and NO. Our program will teach you everything you need to know about how to structure your own classes, how to safely instruct classes, how to give verbal instruction and demonstrations, but the key elements for success are still self-discipline, dedication and self-motivation.

Our responsibility:  We designed the program in such a way that if you successfully complete the course: attending all daily activities, meditations, lectures, Tai chi and Qigong classes,  then you will have enough knowledge and confidence to share gained experience with others.

Your responsibility:  If you so much desire to be a teacher and willing to put in the hard work, perseverance and determination then the answer is a resounding YES.  If there’s a will, there’s a way. We are the creators of our reality.

“Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever.” – Mahatma Gandhi

I am already a healer and teacher, can this course benefit me?

Our program is unique in that it less about the business of yoga and more focus on the original essence of Yoga (Union with the divine).

“Then the Seer abides in Itself, resting in its own True Nature, which is called Self-Realization.” – Yoga Sutras

We are not saying that business and making a living from teaching is not a good thing.  We believe that the everything we do is about intention. If our intention and commitment is for self-development and to be in service for others then we believe the universe will conspire to help us in any kind way needed to fulfill all of our requirements for success.  If our intention is only about the business aspect, then we would have missed the true value of sharing. In order to be service to others, you must be in service to yourself. So to answer this question: The course is beneficial if you feel a calling to deepen the technical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspect of your practice and teachings.

Each topic in the course is an entire study in itself. Is it possible to learn so many things in one course.

It is true that each topic is an entire field of study in itself and to become a master at anyone of these disciplines will take many lifetimes.  Our program is unique in that we are extracting essential core teachings and practices of Yoga, Taoism, Shamanism, Biofeedback and applying these principles for Transformation and Healing for ourselves and others.  In addition to our focus on the core teachings, the structure and curriculum has been designed using scientific learning methodology to help students integrate the teachings in the very core of their being.
