“The soul always knows what to do to heal itself. The challenge is to silence the mind”

Crystal Lotus Unique Philosophy

We are founded on the premise that within each person there exists the potential for transformation to higher states of health and wellness. We also believe that at the core of this transformation is an innate intelligence that governs all 4 key systems of the human body (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual/energetic) and that optimal health and wellness is achieved when all the systems are in alignment. Our mission is help identify and prescribe appropriate methodologies that empowers the person to clear blockages holistically at each body system level.

“To transform the world, we must begin with ourselves” – Krishnamurti

The human energy system has many ways of assimilating information and knowledge. As each person has a unique fingerprint, each one of us has our own special way of learning (visual, aural, verbal, physical, logical, social and solitary). Our teachers and trainers understand the importance of various styles of learning and our programs are designed with these core principles to better help students. In all learning situations, we aim to take our students from theory to practice and finally to self-embodiment.

”I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand”Confucius.

We are progressive and pragmatic in our core philosophy and we embrace all methodologies that have been shown to be of reasonable benefit. In order to achieve our objective of helping people to transform, we employ a wide variety of ancient and modern techniques to more effectively shift consciousness. Some of the methodologies that we employ are Indian Yogic system, Taoist Yogic system, Buddhist practices and philosophy, Shamanism, Western quantum principles, Biofeedback systems and instrumentation, Virtual Reality immersion combined with Clinical Hypnotherapy techniques.

”The mind is like a parachute, it works best when Open”Walter Gropius.

“In my daily live i find it important to : live healthy, heal myself and others, be curious and conscious about my inner and outer world, travel and explore, live from my heart with the flow of live, express myself creatively and take time to enjoy everything in this moment. I hope to share this experience and inspiration with my students.”

In my yoga classes i will guide you gently into a space where there is time to relax and surrender into your body.  Time to go on a journey within and discover your true nature. To embrace yourself as you are and how you feel. With my in-depth knowledge about the physical body and experience in massage i will consciously guide you and adjust you in the poses”

Next to yoga, shamanism is also a big interest of mine. In the last years I have been studying and working in shamanism in Mexico, Guatemala and Thailand with various shamanic traditions witht the use of plant medicine and non plant medicine.

The path of shamanism has helped me to deeper understand myself and has given me the tools to hold space for others and intuitively feel what is needed.

Born in to a Theravada Buddhist family in Sri Lanka, Nishan began practicing meditation in 1998, at the age of 16, his deep experiences at that time motivated him to continue practicing till today, learning through monasteries and meditation groups.

Over the years he has practiced most of the main forms of Theravada Buddhist meditations, focusing on Metta (Unconditional love) and Vippassana (Insight) practices. Through his practice of inner awareness he gained the ability to be aware of other peoples mind states as well, this enables him to help people to see and heal their own emotional pains. Nishan has helped many people to heal their pains and cultivate inner love, his teachings, guided meditations and excellent reviews can be found at facebook.com/HealingWithInsight

Nishan deeply believes that through understanding and experiencing key Buddhist principles and healing meditations one is able to  use every situation in life as opportunity to heal inner pains and cultivate deeper self love and happiness.

The three most important techniques of healing meditations:  Stillness -Samatha, Insight-Vippassana, Love -Metta, with a focus on Samatha practices for cultivating calmness, focus and relaxation.  Below are the topics that he teaches.

Cultivate Lasting Happiness

Understanding that it is possible and important to actively cultivate lasting happiness as part of our spiritual path, including practical ways to do this and self inquiry.

Awareness with Acceptance is Healing

Realising the changing nature of the flow (anicca, dukkha, anatta), and how this allows deep acceptance of our experiences and our pains, and how this acceptance allows us to release and heal pains.

This is a deep Buddhist teaching and often triggers participants, so we often stop in the class and heal pains as they come up, in this way the experience allows deeper realization and acceptance of the flow, and hence deeper healing.

A Practical Tool for self healing through awareness with acceptance

A practical multi step meditation practice that can help heal any emotional pain both in dedicated practice sessions and as emotions arise in daily life. (This is a series of vedanaupassana practices combined with metta has been  found to be the most effective at helping beginners to release emotional pains).

Letting Go of Anger, Fear, Worry and Restlessness

Practical methods to respond to these emotions as they arise in daily life, such as awareness practices, reflections, metta, activities to return to the present. Etc. Based on the Buddhas teachings on the five hindrances

Prashant is a certified senior instructor with over 6000 + hours of teaching experience.  He specializes in therapeutic and alignment yoga.

Prashant was initiated into Yoga at an early age, watching his grandpa in a headstand every morning, being taught Hatha Yoga at high school in Delhi and finally getting it kick started to teach to his fellow University students in Ireland, Dublin. He had to go to west to realise his passion for Yoga and was sent back to India to continue learning and teaching.Twelve years later, he still finds himself hungry to share, learn and engage in the bliss of Yoga and other various somatic forms.
After returning to India, He trained under various schools/Ashrams like Sivananda, Vivkenanada, Art of Living but since last 7 years he had the privilege to learn under some of the most renowned senior Iyengar teachers in India like – Prashant Iyengar, Usha Devi, Dr. H.S Arun, Zubin Zarthoshtimanesh. Dr. Abhay Kesti. He also had an extensive training in internal practice of Qigong under the guidance of Mantak Chia in Thailand and Bruno Eap from Cambodia.

He believes that every form of Yoga is interesting if you are interested enough. He is passionate about expanding his own skill set including martial arts like Qi Gung, and he think it´s vital that he personally try out and refine as many approaches as he can in an effort of making it easier for the others. Prashant cares about the placement of your collarbones, thighbones, and arches of your feet, but not for aesthetic reasons. “I’m a technique-oriented teacher—but not for technique’s sake,” he says. “The detail is there to help focus the mind, go inside, and have a rich, calming experience.” It was that calming effect that kept Prashant going during his early days of yoga practice.

Beneath the asana, his message to students is consistent: Focus on the process of self-discovery rather than the goal of perfecting poses. “I want my students to be really curious about who they are and to be accepting of whoever that may be on a particular day. I want them to see that everything inside and outside is incredibly mysterious. I want them to use the practice to just check in, see what’s unfolding, and learn to deal with it skillfully.  Prashant’s teaching practice has lead him all across Europe, as well as several remote and urban parts of India teaching and learning. He is currently based in Goa teaching regular classes, workshops and retreats for 6 months a year and rest of the time he spend travelling and teaching across Asia, Uk & Europe.  The exploration, via yoga, of the Zen, the Taoist and Tantric principles of self- observation, self-acceptance, and inner relaxation is the driving factor behind Prashant’s current teaching practice.

Anahata Jyotish

Anahata has been studying and teaching Jyotish-Vedic Astrology for 17 years and other Vedic sciences for 25 years. Originally a Scientist, Inventor with a degree in Civil Engineering- He founded a Yoga studio in California in 1997. As a music producer for mantras and devotional music, Yogi, Artist and Classical Indian musician. He has studied and inspired buy teachers such as David Frawley, Komilla Sutton, Julia Swanson, Bepin Behari, Hart De Fouw and Robert Svoboda.  For the past 4 years Anahata has been travelling through exotic countries in the world such as India, Thailand, Australia, Bali and Europe teaching classes on the Yugas and Vedic cycles of time, Basic and advanced concepts in classes on Hindu Astrology and giving public discourse and Vedic Fire Pujas – Anahata has been an adviser to gurus and has received many blessings to many teachers including Shakti Durga.  Anahata’s emphasis is on the remedies of Vedic astrology, overcoming challenges in life and simplifying the teachings of Hindu wisdom

Vedic Astrology (called Jyotish or “The Science of Light“) comes to us from India and goes back over 5,000 years coming from the Vedas,  which are ancient scriptures that were brought to us by enlightened sages that come from a yogic perception of reality.  Ayurveda and Yoga also come from the Vedas. Jyotish assumes the law of karma, which is the principle of cause and effect, and can give a better view of a person’s karmic tendencies while defining a person’s psychological nature, putting focus and understanding on when certain events are likely to take place. In terms of analyzing relationship compatibility and auspicious timing of events, Anahata offers some of the most sophisticated yet ancient tools of predictions and analysis, putting emphasis on the spiritual development of the individual.

Vedic Astrology is different from western astrology in many ways. The most obvious is that the chart is a square or rectangle and not a circle (see the example to the left). The most significant difference is that Jyotish is a Siderial astrology, meaning that it is based on the fixed stars and constellations, not the seasons (such as Western Astrology).  This is significant because over the last 2,000 years, the “precession of the equinoxes” have caused the stars/zodiac to shift nearly 24 degrees. This explains why a person may be told they are a Scorpio sun sign in Western astrology and a Libra in Vedic. What is reflected in the Vedic Chart is actually the true placement of the planets with relation to the signs.

HRV – Heart Rate Variability

Why is the heart brain connection so important?

The quality of communication between the heart and brain is increasingly being recognized as key to our ability to perform at our best. Watch this video with Rollin McCraty, Ph.D., Director of Research of the HeartMath Institute to learn why this is so important.

The Heart’s Intuitive Intelligence: A path to personal, social and global coherence.

The Spiritual Heart — is in a way a little like a smart phone, invisibly connecting us to a large network of information. It is through an unseen energy that the heart emits that humans are profoundly connected to all living things. The energy of the heart literally links us to each other. Every person’s heart contributes to a ‘collective field environment.’ This short video explains the importance of this connection and how we each add to this collective energy field. The energetic field of the heart even connects us with the earth itself.
